MCF Profile

Myanmar Computer Federation (MCF) was established in 1998 by the promulgation of “Computer Science Development Law” of 1996, by the Union Government of Myanmar.

Primary Objective

To contribute towards the emergence of a modern developed State through ICT

• Law: Computer Science Development Law of 1996
• Council: Myanmar Computer Science Development Council (Est. 1996). Chaired by Union Minister for Communications and Information Technology
• MCF: Myanmar Computer Federation (Est. 1998)
